Aisha Hollins
CHAIR
Aisha Z. Hollins serves as Board Chair, providing strategic leadership and oversight to help guide the organization's mission and long-term vision. With experience in training and development, project management, and production, she brings strong leadership, organizational planning, and decision-making expertise to the board. As Chair, Aisha supports governance efforts, strengthens executive leadership, and helps advance partnerships and growth initiatives that expand the organization’s community impact.
Rolanda Alexander
VICE-CHAIR
Rolanda Alexander serves as Vice Chair, supporting the Board Chair and helping ensure continuity and effective governance across the organization. With a background in realty, negotiations, and community relations, she contributes valuable insight into operational strategy, relationship building, and organizational planning. Rolanda is committed to strengthening Legacy Haven Communities’ impact and expanding its reach within the community.
Uchechukwu Kingsley Osuagwu-Wilson
TREASURER
Uchechukwu Kingsley Osuagwu-Wilson serves as Treasurer, overseeing the financial health, accountability, and stewardship of Legacy Haven Communities. With expertise in finance, retirement income strategies, advanced tax planning, and risk management, he helps ensure responsible budgeting, financial planning, and transparent reporting practices. Kingsley is dedicated to aligning financial decisions with the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability goals.
Darnella Smith
SECRETARY
Darnella V. Smith serves as Secretary, responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting documentation, and organizational communications. With experience in administration and operations, she plays a key role in supporting transparency, compliance, and effective board operations. Darnella’s attention to detail and commitment to organizational integrity help strengthen the foundation and structure of Legacy Haven Communities.
